Well there's something you don't see every day!

A surveillance video is offering some clues as to why a streetcar in North Carolina ran out of control and crashed into an SUV on Saturday.

Ironically, the streetcar system in Charlotte in brand new. After crashing into a parked SUV at an intersection, the operator managed to stop the streetcar in front of a hospital to let passengers off...but the doors wouldn't open. Officials say it appears to be operator error; the operator forgot to flip a switch.
