Rock Out at The National Cherry Festival With Bret Michaels
The National Cherry Festival just got a whole lot hotter, with none other than the legendary rockstar himself, Bret Michaels, joining the lineup.
The Pure Michigan summer staple is back for its 98th year and is expected to be bigger and better than ever. The National Cherry Festival in Traverse City is just around the corner and the highlight of summer has some pretty big names set to take to the Pepsi Bay Side Music Stage.
We recently told you Stone Temple Pilots will kick things off on Saturday, June, 29th, followed by Leanne Morgan on July 2nd, and the Goo Goo Dolls on July 3rd. The 4th of July will see country star Dylan Scott with just announced special guest DASHA on the Pepsi Bayside Music Stage. Finally, comedian Gabriel Fluffy Iglesias will bring the laughs to TC on Friday, July 5th.
Just when you thought the festival lineup couldn't get any better, it was just announced that the National Cherry Festival welcomes Bret Michaels on Monday, July 1st. The frontman of the rock band Poison, who has sold over 65 million albums, continues to bring his energy to every show with hits like "Talk Dirty to Me", "Nothin' But a Good Time", "Fallen Angel", and of course, "Every Rose Has its Thorn".

The festival, one of the biggest summer events in Michigan, as well as the Midwest, is set to run from June 29- to July 6, 2024, in beautiful downtown Traverse City.
