Remember the Kroger Cake Kicker? She Got Her Day in Court. [VIDEO]

A judge called Tricia Kortez's action "a temper tantrum" and sentenced the woman who drop-kicked a birthday cake inside a Southeast Michigan Kroger store to community service.

Kortez has six months to perform 300 hours of community service. She'll remain on probation for one year, and pay a $500 fine.

"I'm truly embarrassed by my conduct," Kortes said in court today.

"if I were shopping with a child, I'd be horrified," said Judge Kim Small. "If you violate the law again...I'm going to get your attention."
