Redskins Coach Caught Peeing on the Sidelines at Lions Game [PHOTO]

It's reported that he won't face any disciplinary action for...peeing in a cup at Ford Field. 

Can you imagine if a FAN would've done this??

Washington Redskins special teams coach Ben Kotwica was caught with his pants...er, zipper down on Sunday at their game against the Lions in Detroit.

And he wasn't discreet about it, either. Several fans caught him on camera doing it.

He won't face any disciplinary action and the Redskins haven't commented, but he's the second coach to have reportedly relieved himself on the sidelines.

If a fan would've done this, they would've been kicked out of the stands. But a coach does it and it's okay? I get that you gotta go, but c'mon.
