The window of opportunity just got a lot smaller in the Red Wings quest for a 12th Stanley Cup. The 3-1 loss at home last night to the Nashville Predators left them down three games to one in the best of seven playoffs. A loss Friday night in Nashville would end their season. Pekka Rinne stopped 40 of the Red Wings 41 shots, allowing only Nicholas Kronwell a goal that was disputed and then allowed from the replay. Now, things look especially challenging for the Wings. After a NHL record 23 straight wins at Joe Louis Arena this season, the Wings dropped two in a row to Nashville in the Playoffs.     Friday nights game is a must-win if they hope to continue in the playoffs.
