Ragu Recalls Pasta Sauce That May Contain Plastic Pieces
Is there a jar of Ragu pasta sauce in your kitchen cupboard? Don't feel bad, we all do. (You'd have to be hardcore to still make your own pasta sauce in 2019!)
Ragu has issued a voluntary recall because some of its products may contain plastic fragments. The voluntary recall includes jars of Chunky Tomato Garlic & Onion as well as Old World Style Traditional and Meat varieties with varying cap codes and use-by dates.
According to this press release, there have been no reports of injuries to consumers.
