President Obama’s ‘Special Car’ Gets Stuck In Dublin, Ireland
President Obama made quite the exit (or tried to), in Dublin, Ireland. As crowds waited to get a look at the president leaving the US Embassy, his armored Cadillac nicknamed 'The Beast' got caught on the gate's metal. 'The Beast' is built to withstand much tougher things than a piece of metal. Read more about the incident and watch the video, yes it was caught on video, after the jump.
President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama eventually switched to another car to drive to the Marine Force One helicopter. They were headed to the town of Money gall, where the president's great-great-great grandfather once lived.
The president's limo, weights between seven and eight tons and is covered in military-grade armor, about eight inches thick on the doors, not just your everyday limo.
Watch as the 'The Beast' drags its belly across the gate.
