President Obama’s New Family Dog has Michigan Ties
The Obama family have welcomed a new addition to the White House.
Sunny is a 14-month-old Portuguese Water Dog that was born in Michigan last year. The White House said Sunny - who will join Bo - is perfect for the First Family because of allergies in the family.
The Detroit News said they chose the name Sunny "because it fit her cheerful personality."
