If he's a Mexican demon, shouldn't his name be Carlos? Just a thought. This is newest internet "fad." Apparently, Charlie is a Mexican demon that acts as a Ouija board when you have two pencils and a piece of paper. Lots of videos on YouTube of people completely freaking out over it, so we thought we'd put it to the test. At night, no less.
