This tragic accident happened in Flint...residents outraged.

This is the second death involved with a police chase in a matter of months. The driver the Michigan State Police trooper was chasing for a traffic violation got away, but not before a Flint mother was accidentally hit and killed.

State police are investigating and the community wants to know exactly how that chase turned deadly. They'd like to know more about the proper protocol involving a police chase through a residential area.

Again, state police are still investigating this latest crash. The question remains..in a city where crime is way out of hand like Flint, do extreme measures apply?
