Even though Danielle Beaumier got married in a rather unusual place, she says she's happy because her grandmother was able to attend.

The Ohio woman and her fiance said "I do" outside the Beeghly Oaks assisted living facility. Her grandmother is a resident there, and they decided to hold their wedding ceremony outside her grandmother's window in order to mitigate the risk of spreading coronavirus.

“My important thing was having my grandmother there, so as long as that happened, I was happy with the outcome,” Danielle tells WKBN.

We're happy for this couple who figured out how to make the best of a bad situation. Like this Michigan couple who got married via livestream and this couple who said their nuptials in front of a church filled with cardboard cutouts. Congratulations to all.

One day, when the coronavirus pandemic has passed, these couples will look back and have fond memories of how they adapted during this highly unusual point in history.
