Ohio Charity Gives Vest to Michigan Police Dog

Because ANY dog in clothing is adorable, regardless if they're on the couch or on paw-trol.

The Lovis Foundation is a Cincinnati-based charity that honors the life of 19-year-old Logan Brinson, who passed away in 2016. He was part of the Police Department Explorers program, and a fan of Elvis. He met officers from the Ypsilanti Police Department at the 2014 ElvisFest and befriended quite a few of them.

When Logan passed away, the YPD traveled to his funeral to provide the honor guard. In response, the Lovis Foundation donated a ballistic vest to the YPD's newest K-9 officer.
