Northbound I-75 Closed in Grand Blanc Township Because of Sinkhole

Drivers have to re-route onto I-475 as they head north this morning due to a huge sinkhole that opened up on I-75.

The hole was reported last night by MidMichiganNow around 11pm, after NB I-75 was officially closed. Drivers are being forced to head onto NB I-475 to get around the opening in the roadway. MDot sent out a tweet last night shortly after the news broke about the broken road.

Crews are working around the clock to repair the road and make sure it is open as soon as possible.
