After several renovations, Mott Community College plans to reopen their library with a special celebration taking place next week, according to WNEM. The event is free and open to the public.

If you would like to see the changes, head to the library on Thursday, June 23 from 4-6pm for the grand re-opening. Some of the renovations include, new space in the testing center, two new labs and a library instruction room has also been added.

Mott is excited about the new renovations, especially Director of Library Services, Kathy M. Irwin:

'"The end result is absolutely beautiful! It is a pleasure to see students studying in the new seating areas throughout the building and plugging in their electronic devices. We hope the new space inspires students and supports them in accomplishing their academic goals.'"

You'll also have a chance to take tours and enter to win great prizes, including an Amazon Kindle.
