Miley Cyrus Lights Up On Stage at EMA’s [Photo]

The 2013 EMA's were held on Sunday and Miley Cyrus found a new way to shock us once again.

Cyrus, who had a huge presence on the show with two performances and a win for Best Video for 'Wrecking Ball' decided to light up on stage. While she was accepting her award, Cyrus paused, dug around in her bag, and then pulled out a joint and lit up. Unlike Bill Clinton, she definitely inhaled! An insider also said Cyrus was smoking pot back stage and that her lighting up was "shameless" and "uncalled for."

Now Cyrus didn't break any laws with her lighting up. The ceremony was held in Amsterdam. Either way, what do you think of her most recent antic?
