Michigan Woman Shares Email from CEO About Mental Health Days

If only we could all have a boss as cool and understanding as Madalyn does.

Madalyn Parker, from Ann Arbor, posted an exchange between herself and her CEO that has since gone viral on Twitter. She emailed him, letting him know that she'd be taking a mental health day. And his response was...surprising, to say the least.

We're very lucky at the radio ranch to have a VERY understanding boss, as well as a general manager. I don't think they'd scoff at any one of us taking a mental health day, but I know that I have a lot of friends who would be terrified to tell their boss that they're taking one.
