Michigan State Police Replace Stolen Gifts for Family – The Good News
Love this, especially because now we know what STOP is.
Back on November 29th, a Michigan State Trooper was called to investigate a break-in at an apartment complex in Galesburg, near Kalamazoo. When they investigated, they found out that a 9-year-old boy's presents had been stolen.
Trooper Benoit reached out to the State Troopers Outreach Program, otherwise known as STOP, to see if they could help replace some of the gifts. The group consists of state troopers and members of the community who want to help. They were able to get the little boy a few gifts that were stolen, including some Pokemon cards and a Harry Potter wand.
