From celery to toys to vacuums, more than half a dozen items you may have purchased at Michigan Walmart stores or Walmart.com are being recalled.

While Walmart indicates that it takes steps to remove products from its shelves once recalls are issued, some shoppers may have already purchased some items.

"In the event of a product recall, we work swiftly to block the item from being sold and remove it from our stores and clubs," <a href="https://corporate.walmart.com/recalls" target="_blank">Walmart says on its website.</a>

Walmart Food Recall

During the month of April 2025, recalls for two food items sold at Walmart have been issued. One was made by Duda Farm Fresh Foods, Inc., which issued the precautionary advisory for ready-to-eat celery sticks due to a health risk.

This recall affects 29 states, including Michigan. We've listed complete details of this recall below.

A second food recall for Tostitos Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips is noted by the retailer. However, this recall does not apply to Michigan Walmart stores.

Customers Urged to Discard Recalled Food Items

As with all food recalls, the US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service urges consumers not to consume food items that have been recalled. Products should be thrown away or returned to the store where they were purchased.

Additional Non-Food Items Recalled at Walmart, Walmart.com, and Sam's Club.com
