Marshmallows are one of my very favorite treats but I never gave a thought to making them at home until Rod and I were at Crust in Fenton to take donations for Carriage Town Ministries last Friday. The fluffy white things of beauty were there in the case, and of course I couldn't resist.

I heard angels sing...I'm not kidding. Homemade marshmallows are so much better than the ones you buy in the grocery store.

The ingredients are pretty basic...you probably have them on hand already. Prep time takes 15 to 20 minutes and they will need to set up for a few hours. You will be enjoying 64 sinfully good, homemade marshmallows in no time!
