Man’s Viral Video Urges Drivers Not to Roll Down Windows at DUI Checkpoints [VIDEO]

A Florida man's video which demonstrates that it's legal to go through a DUI checkpoint is going viral. His video, in which he displays the necessary information in a bag inside his window, has been seen by more than a million people.

A spokesman for FairDUI.org warns that the practice is not a "get out of jail free" card, and warns that it shouldn't be used to evade police if the driver has been drinking.
