It's not just the people of Midland who need help during the floods.

Midland residents Eric Larsen, Sam Korpal, and Cruz Sapien were caught on camera on Friday, rescuing a baby fawn and its sibling from the rising flood waters. Larsen said that he heard their cries and saw them panicking, so he jumped in to help.

The baby deer ran off to their mother, who had been watching nearby in the Rail Trail area.

Something so sweet about seeing a grown man rescuing a baby animal, amirite?
