We all saw or heard about the meteorite that blasted through Michigan on Tuesday night, and two managers from Longway Planetarium believe they have found some fragments.

According to ABC12, Buddy Stark and Todd Slisher went on a hunt for fragments of the meteorite on Thursday and found three pieces. You can see the pieces they found at Longway Planetarium this morning.

The meteor is believed to have entered the atmosphere over US 23 North of Brighton, then exploded over the Howell area. Fragments went everywhere over that area.

Anyone who finds meteorites are welcome to bring them to Longway Planetarium to have them examined.
