The man wearing a checked-shirt is said to have entered the store on N. Saginaw St. in Holly on Saturday but was not wearing a mask. A store associate told the man that all customers are required to wear masks inside the store, per the sign on the door. The man is seen on video walking over to the clerk, wiping his nose and face on her shirt. He then allegedly said, "Here, I will use this as a mask."

The Argentine Township man is currently in police custody and is awaiting arraignment.
