Local Church Thanks Grand Blanc Fire Department

The Grand Blanc Township Fire Department says that it is "truly an honor to receive a letter like this."

On Wednesday night, the GB Township Fire Department was called out to a small fire at one of the buildings used by Holy Family Catholic Church. It wasn't the church itself that was on fire, but one of their residential buildings that they use to give out food to the needy.

Father Joe Krupp sent a lovely letter to the fire department, thanking them for their professionalism and for their "hard work in the community."

The fire department posted it to their Facebook page. Apparently, they don't get a lot of thank you letters (that suprisedus), but when they do, it's VERY appreciated.
