Authorities raided Twin Flames Universe in Suttons Bay, Michigan.

The name might sound familiar after the controversial group was introduced to many of us through the Netflix documentary series 'Escaping Twin Flames' in 2023.

If you have never heard Twn Flames Universe before, here’s a quick rundown.

Twin Flames Universe is a controversial spiritual community run by Jeff and Shaleia Divine (also known as Jeff and Shaleia Ayan). The main idea they promote is that everyone has a 'twin flame', your perfect match, or the other half of your soul.

They say that when you find and come together with your twin flame, you will go through a real spiritual awakening and find a love that lasts forever.

The group has been described as a cult.

According to FOX 2, authorities executed search warrants at the residences of the group’s leaders.

What exactly law enforcement is looking for was not named. Michigan Attorney Dana Nessell made the following statement,

'Today, my office executed multiple search warrants upon individuals atop the Twin Flames Universe organization and its associated properties, under the authority of a judge finding probable cause that crimes have been committed by TFU and their leadership.'

Nessell is also encouraging anyone with information about Twin Flames Universe and its leaders, Jeff and Shaleia Divine, to come forward.

'Anyone with information about potential criminal conduct regarding Twin Flames Universe, or their members, are encouraged to contact my office, and may do so anonymously.'

Keep an eye out for more details as they become available. In the meantime, if you have not watched 'Escaping Twin Flames', do so immediately.
