New Restaurant Opening In Fenton Spring 2025

A new restaurant will be opening soon in Fenton.

The former location of XOLO Mexican Restaurant in downtown Fenton will become the new home of The One Eleven.

The new location is at 111 North Leroy Street, hence the name The One Eleven. Although an exact date has yet to be announced, an opening is planned for April 2025.

According to a recent Facebook post, the owners of Redwood Steakhouse are behind The One Eleven,

The team behind Redwood Steakhouse is bringing something new to town! The One Eleven is the latest addition to our family, redefining shared dining with bold flavors, elevated craftsmanship, and a curated selection of small plates inspired by tapas and social dining.

As far as what diners can expect at The One Eleven, Chef Fernandes posted the following information,

Our mission is to bring people together through dynamic flavors, elevated craftsmanship, and unforgettable moments because great food is meant to be experienced, not just eaten.
