Hurley Children’s Hospital Competing for $20,000 in National Contest

Hurley Children's Hospital is competing with hundreds of other hospitals around the nation for the chance to win $20,000.

The contest is being put on by CU Direct, a provider of lending, automotive and strategic solutions for the credit union industry. CU Direct is celebrating its 20th anniversary by holding this contest that will end with one Children's Miracle Network Hospital winning the cash. Hurley is the only Childen's Miracle Network Hospital in the region and one of only four in Michigan.

Credit unions and the public are invited to click here and cast their votes. People voting can cast one vote per day per email address through December 22nd. The hospital with the most votes will win the $20,000. The credit union with the most votes toward the winning hospital will be invited to co-present the winnings in early 2015.

Hurley says that if they win, the money will go directly to the Children's Hospital to "continue providing exceptional care for all pediatric patients." Once again, you can vote daily by clicking here.
