Human Chain On Beach Saves Drowing Boy

A young boy got caught in the waves and was pulled out to sea at Marine Beach in New Zealand. The waves were so strong that 12-year-old Josh McQuoid got pulled out to sea. Constable Paul Bailey formed a human chain to act as an anchor for Bailey, who then pulled McQuoid to safety. Quick thinking and the help of many people saved this boys life.
