How Much To Spend On A Graduation Gift?

It looks like this years graduates will be rolling in the dough at their grad party — a new survey shows that we will spend almost $5 billion on graduation gifts this year.

The National Retail Federation, in it's survey, found that folks plan to spend about $100 on each graduation gift this summer.

That $100 is a $12 increase from the low that was spent two years ago.

Cold, hard cash is the biggest gift idea, but electronics and gift cards are making a comeback as gift ideas. Got any grads on your list? What are you thinking about for their gift?
