The Fun Continues: Cedar Point is Extending 2024 Season
Cedar Point is tacking on a few extra days of fun this year, extending the 2024 season into November.
More Cedar Point HalloWeekend Days
Cedar Point had originally planned to conclude its 2024 season on Sunday, October 27 of this year.
In a news release to WKYC-TV, Cedar Point's Tony Clark confirmed that the park is adding two additional days to its HalloWeekend schedule. Those additional days are:
Friday, November 1 - The park will be open from 11 AM to Midnight.
Saturday, November 2 - The park will be open from 11 AM to Midnight
"Given the popularity of our HalloWeekends event, along with its proximity to Halloween, we've decided to extend the event by adding November 1 & 2," he said. "All HalloWeekends offerings are scheduled to be available both days."
Cedar Point's HallowWeekends begin on September 12, running every Thursday through Sunday through November 2.

A Beloved Ride at Cedar Point is Permanently Closing
Cedar Point announced last week that it will be permanently closing Snake River Falls after 31 years.
Snake River Falls debuted in 1993 and will close on Labor Day (September 2) 2024.
When Snake River Falls opened in 1993, it was the tallest, steepest, and fastest water flume ride in the world. About 15 million guests have taken the plunge on the popular water ride during its 31-year run.
Although Cedar Point says it's closing Snake River Falls to make room for a future expansion, they have declined to release any details on what we should expect.
