Eric Kilburn Jr. is a young man that people look up to. Literally. And now the 6' 11" teen's big feet and hands have landed him a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Community Rallies Behind Teen With Enormous Feet

We first met Eric last year when the Goodrich teenager was outgrowing his shoes. We should probably point out that those shoes he was outgrowing were size 22 - roughly the same size as those worn by basketball star Shaquille O'Neal.

Kilburn's mom, Rebecca Kilburn was desperately trying to find shoes to fit her then-14-year-old son, when the local community rallied behind the family, raising more than $18,000 via a GoFundMe campaign.

Teen Lands in the Guinness Book of World Records

Fast forward to today, and the Goodrich teen is celebrating his place in the 70th edition of the Guinness Book of World Records.

In fact, the publication dedicated an entire page to the 6' 11" teen. The entry includes four photos of the boy and a block of text outlining his family's success in obtaining custom-made shoes from Under Armour and Puma.

Eric's official records in the book, which was released on September 12:  The largest hands and the biggest feet on a living teenager.
