Gerber Launches National Search for Next ‘Spokesbaby’

Everyone thinks their baby is the most adorable child you will ever see, but are they cute enough to be the new Gerber baby?  The company, known for its baby food, is looking for its new star.

Gerber is now accepting photo submissions for the company’s 2020 “spokesbaby.” Children ages birth to 48 months are eligible to enter. Parents are able to submit photos, videos and the child’s story online. The grand prize winner will also receive a $25,000 cash award.

This will be the 10th year that Gerber has allowed parents and legal guardians to submit photos of their children with the hope their little one appears on Gerber products. "As we celebrate our 10th anniversary of Photo Search, we're extremely proud to look back on all of the babies that we've celebrated and to continue Gerber's long-standing heritage of recognizing that every baby is a Gerber baby," Gerber President and CEO Bill Partyka said in a press release.

The campaign was launched a decade ago and  inspired by countless photos sent by parents who see their little one in Gerber’s iconic baby logo. Photo Search celebrates babies from all backgrounds and the promise to do “Anything for Baby”.
