Genesee County Dispatch Releases Audio of Friday’s Flint Township Police Officer Shooting [AUDIO]

Following an incident Friday night in which a Flint Township Police Officer was shot, audio of the officer's call to Genesee County dispatch has been released.

The officer was conducting a traffic stop in the parking lot of the Hometown Inn on Miller Road near I-75, when a 54-year-old man opened fire. The officer, and officers who were called in for backup returned fire, and struck the man. ABC-12 reports that both men were in stable condition Saturday night.
