Genesee Co. Task Force Delivers Food & Supplies

The task force is a partnership between the Genesee County Sheriff's Office and community leaders.

The Community Care Task Force is made up of over two dozen faith-based non-profits and organizations and right now, they're working to provide supplies to everybody who needs them during the coronavirus pandemic.

Yesterday, the task force dropped off supplies at the Center of Hope in Fenton - everything from fresh produce to paper towel. Once there, they were arranged into care packages and shipped off throughout Genesee County.

So far, they've gotten over 600 calls for assistance and they're working to keep up.
