
Police Searching for Suspect After Flint Store Stabbing
Things got out of hand fast at a grocery store in Flint over the weekend.
What Happened Inside the Flint Save A Lot This Weekend?
According to police, a 37-year-old man is currently in critical condition at a local hospital after a stabbing that happened Sunday afternoon inside the Save A Lot grocery store on Flushing Road near Ballenger Highway.

WJRT reports officers were called to the area around 1 p.m., and when they arrived, they found the victim suffering from a stab wound.

He was rushed to Hurley Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.
What Police Say Led to the Save A Lot Stabbing
According to Police Chief Terence Green, this all started when a verbal argument inside the store quickly escalated.

At some point, that escalation turned violent, with another man, described as being around 30 years old, stabbing the victim.
Suspect Still at Large in Flint Stabbing Investigation
The suspect took off before officers arrived and is still at large. Police are continuing to investigate what led up to the argument and exactly what happened inside the store.
