Flint Cinema Showing ‘Karate Kid’ and New ‘Cobra Kai’ on Same Day

If you didn't know, there's a new reboot coming to YouTube Red. Or, maybe you could even call it a sequel? Anyways, for all of the 80s kids, here it is:

First of all, let me say that I like it because it's NOT just a Daniel-san follow-up. They're focusing on the antagonist from the original film - Johnny. It's a refreshing change.

The series Cobra Kai premieres on YouTube Red on May 2nd.

Now, if you want to combo the old and the new on the big screen, here's your chance: Rave Cinemas in Flint is showing the original Karate Kid film, plus the first AND second episodes of Cobra Kai on Wednesday, April 25th.

Yes, it's a Wednesday. Bummer, but I get it. They don't need the extra business on the weekend. So, I'll be there. With my fake karate moves.
