Although many area churches have resumed in-person worship over the last several months, COVID-19 is still keeping many worshipers home. Our church in Grand Blanc, for instance, has seen a dramatic decrease in participation, with current attendance at about 25 percent of pre-pandemic levels.

One year ago, houses of worship were forced to embrace technology and ramp up efforts to offer parishioners an engaging, quality worship experience at home.

These area churches are streaming Holy Week services on various platforms including YouTube, Facebook, and Vimeo. Calvary United Methodist Church in Flint provides video of its Sunday worship service on the church's Facebook page. Daily stories for 'Calvary Kids' are provided as well.

Davison Free Methodist Church offers a live stream of its Sunday service on YouTube and Facebook.

Emmanuel Church in Flint streams its Sunday service at 11 am on Facebook and YouTube.

Family Community Church of the Nazarene in Goodrich streams services on its Facebook page Sunday mornings at 9 and 11 am.

Fenton Frist Presbyterian Church is conducting services via the Zoom app. Use this link to find the meeting ID and download bulletin materials. The service begins at 10 am.

Holy Spirit Lutheran Church in Grand Blanc provides a live stream of the Sunday service on its YouTube channel and Facebook page. Service begins at 10 am and a bulletin is embedded in the videos. Daily devotions and children's sermons are also available.

Mt. Olive Baptist Church offers a live stream of its services via Christian Web TV. There's a link to the stream on the church's website. The stream is only available at the time of worship, which is 8:00 and 11 am.

St. Robert Catholic Church in Flushing is live-streaming Holy Week services via its Facebook page.

King of Glory Lutheran Church in Flushing and Salem Lutheran Church in Flint have combined their resources to present an online worship service which is available each week on YouTube.
