Dogs Saves Michigan Woman from Freezing to Death – The Good News
Another prime example of why dogs are so much better than us humans.
A story out of Jackson County, just west of Ann Arbor, is making national headlines, and for good reason.
Lonnie and Susan Chester are the proud owners of two Labradoodles, named Eva and Adam. Around 4:30 AM on January 13th, both dogs acted like they needed to go outside, which isn't normal for them.
Both dogs ran outside to Lonnie's truck, where an elderly woman was on the ground, in the freezing temperatures, in just her nightgown. Lonnie and Susan picked her up, brought her inside and called 911, who was also quick to respond.
The woman's family came by, and she was checked out by medical staff. These dogs literally saved this woman's life! Amazing.
