Daycare Worker Caught Sexually Molesting a Baby [VIDEO]

Police in Elyria, Ohio are investigating a 25-year-old daycare worker who has allegedly been having sex with one of the babies in her care. Heather Koon was arrested after video of the incident was found on her laptop.

The father, whose identity is being withheld, said ABC Kidz daycare asked him to keep the incident to himself, but he's speaking out with a warning to other parents.

"Any child that's old enough to talk, they should talk to.  Any child that's not old enough to talk should be taken to a physician."
