Crim Practice Run This Sunday

The Crim Festival of Races is getting closer (less than 3 weeks) and this Sunday morning (Aug 12) you can join other runners for a dress rehearsal on the Crim course.  It's not a race, just a practice run on the course.

Most runners will meet at the YMCA, there will be some snacks and refreshments afterward.  Start time is 8:00 am, but you can join in whenever and wherever you choose.  Do 10 miles, 8, 6 or however many miles you want or need to do.

There will be a couple of water stations on the course, but you are highly encouraged to carry fluids with you.

There is no cost to do the practice run.
