19-year-old Derrick Taylor gets up in the middle of the night, literally, to start his 5-mile walk to work at UPS every day in Oxford, Alabama. He starts work at 4 AM, unloading vans...and doesn't have a car.

He's been working hard to help out his mom, who's sick, to pay the bills.
