Cops In Trouble After Beating Guy On Street [Video]

Some police officers in the Bronx are in a lot of trouble, after a video went public showing them beating down some guy on the street. The cops saw the guy throw a bag of crack on the ground so they started kicking and hitting him. They've been placed to other duties while the incident is being investigated.
