Martha Bellingham, like many people, has a lot on her mind when she is on her way to work and pays little attention to distractions. She recently learned a great life lesson, to slow down and enjoy life's awesomeness. Who taught her that lesson? A dog named Sasha.

Sasha likes to frequent this fountain near Central Saint Martins College. Martha had to stop and watch as Sasha played in the water. She wrote, "It is amazing how animals have the ability to teach humans to enjoy the simple pleasures in life."
