Some people really love Charlie Sheen and will go as far as getting a 'winning' tattoo. A New York man got the tattoo on his leg, which features Charlie's head attached to the body of a tiger. The word 'winning' appears at the bottom of the tattoo. The tattoo artist thought it was really funny so he even did it for free. This guy must really love Charlie.
