Apparently, National Grammar Day has an official song, and it's called 'March Forth - The Grammar Song'. (Disclaimer: It's awful. But it's too silly not to share.)

March 4th has been designated National Grammar Day since 2008. It's the only date each year that can be expressed as a complete sentence: March forth.
