Thirteen people are confirmed dead after a flight with 58 passengers aboard spun out of control, clipped a bridge and crashed into a river in Taiwan.

This video will make your heart jump.

Dashcam caught the crash, which happened around 10 PM our time last night. The plane hurtled out of control and hit the Nanhu Bridge before crashing into the Keelung River. The passengers were Chinese tourists, including two children.

This makes me wonder...are they going to beef up regulations for air travel in those countries? Between this and the other air disasters they've had recently, something has got to be done. Oh yeah, and I'd probably pee my pants if I saw a plane hurtling at the ground towards my car. FYI, the passengers in the taxi in the video have been taken to a hospital to be treated. Unbelievable.
