Biker Being Chased by a Bear is Just Another Internet Hoax [VIDEO]

Have you seen the video of the GoPro-wearing biker who gets chased by a bear? Maybe you've seen it shared on Facebook, as the video has been viewed over four million times on YouTube. Don't fall for it. It's fakety-fake-fake-fake.

Snopes points out that the image of the bear is much clearer than the blurry background in the video. The bear in the video seems to be running a lot faster than bears are capable of moving, and at the end of the video, the biker hides from the bear by standing by a tree. Nice try, but bears hunt by smell.
