American Cancer Society Prepares for “Making Strides” Walks

It might seem early to start thinking pink again, but planning is already underway for this year's "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" walks in the Flint area. Cars 108 has been a proud sponsor of this event and will be again this year. There are essentially three walks in the Flint area: Saturday, October 1st in Lapeer at the Courthouse, Saturday, October 8th in Owosso at the Comstock Inn, and Saturday, October 15th in downtown Flint.The annual kick-off breakfast for "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" is scheduled for Tuesday, August 16th at the Genesys Conference and Banquet center in Grand Blanc.
