Alma Police, Animal Rescue Save Kitten From Sewer Drain – The Good News

One of the better aspects of social media is when somebody catches a rescue like this live on camera.

A kitten is safe and sound today after the efforts of the Alma Police, Dalis Hitchcock and Gratiot County Central Dispatch.

The tiny fur baby was stuck in a storm drain when Dalis (obviously the namesake of 'Dalis To The Rescue') decided to take action - she tried to lure the kitten out with a trap full of food.

The kitten was rescued and is doing fine. Dalis will foster the cat until a proper home can be found. Makes me so happy right meow.
