2nd Annual London Strong 5K Run/Walk on July 25th [VIDEO]

The 2nd annual London Strong "Set Your Dreams" 5K Run and Walk is coming up in just a few weeks!

Mark you calendars for Thursday, July 25th and get signed up for the London Strong 5K Run/Walk at Creasey Bicentennial Park in Grand Blanc. The 5K race starts at 6:30 PM with the walkers starting at 6:33. Dogs are welcome!

London Strong merchandise will be available for purchase; proceeds go to the foundation which provides AEDs for local businesses.

The event will also have hot air balloon rides, a rock wall, DJ and a celebrity dunk tank. Registration goes up after July 9th, so make sure you get your registration in ASAP.

There's also a virtual race this year for people like me who won't be in town but want to participate. I'll be running for London in Iowa that day!
